A successful residential development of 117 beautiful homes featuring detailed layouts, elevations and materials specification, and involving crucial public and key stakeholder consultation. We were sensitive to the needs of the existing community, preserving mature trees and vegetation while maintaining positive relationships with the local residents and school. The scheme was recognised by the local planning authority as an exemplar development.
